What is Willow?
A card funded straight from your own wallet on Robinhood Chain, so your money keeps earning right up to the moment you tap.
The one-line version
Willow is the spend layer for Robinhood Chain. It turns the stablecoins and tokenized assets you already hold into something you can spend anywhere major cards are accepted, without ever moving them out of your own wallet until the instant you pay.
A Willow balance is never dead money. It sits in USDG in your wallet, earning rewards, until the exact moment of spend.
The problem it solves
Robinhood Chain put stocks, ETFs and stablecoins onchain, live and around the clock. But there was still no clean way to spend any of it at a coffee shop. Every card that let you try worked the same way: you loaded it first, and the second you did, that money stopped working. It sat on the card, custodied by someone else, earning nothing, waiting for you to want something.
The more responsibly you funded it, the more it cost you. That is the tax Willow removes.
How Willow is different
Willow never loads the card in advance. Your balance stays in USDG in your own wallet, earning the whole time. When you tap, the card draws exactly what it needs, at the moment of spend, not before. Your money stops earning only when it actually leaves.
That is the entire product. Not a better rate, not a slicker app, the only card that never asks you to stop earning first.
Who it's for
Willow is built for the international Robinhood Chain community, the 100+ countries where the ecosystem is growing and where Robinhood's own card products don't yet reach. It extends the chain to the people it can't serve directly. Willow is launching outside the United States first, and is not available to US persons.
