No. Willow is not a bank and holds no deposits. It is a card and spending layer for assets you hold in your own wallet on Robinhood Chain.

The Gold Card is a US only product for Robinhood Gold subscribers. Willow serves the 100+ countries it does not reach, so the two are complementary rather than competitive. We extend the ecosystem to people outside its footprint.

Balances held in USDG in your own wallet earn variable rewards, currently passing rewards through*. Rewards are paid in USDG. They are not interest and not guaranteed. Full details on the rewards page.

No. It sits in your own wallet, in your control, until you spend it or move it. You can leave at any time and take your balance with you.

No, and you cannot. Removing that step is the entire point of the product. The card draws exactly what it needs at the moment you tap.

Willow cannot restore access, because Willow never had it. Self custody means the wallet is yours, including the responsibility for its recovery.

No. Willow is an independent product built on Robinhood Chain, which is a public, permissionless network. Building on the chain does not make us affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc.

You will never need a token to use the Willow card. The card is free, with full rewards, token or not. Anything further will be announced only when it is finalized and cleared in the markets it applies to.

Anyone in an eligible country outside the United States. Availability depends on your country and local regulations and is confirmed during onboarding. Join the waitlist and we will confirm eligibility.

No sign up, annual, or transaction fees on the standard card. The full pricing schedule is published before launch.

The card simply stops being able to fund itself. Your balance never left your wallet, so there is nothing to withdraw and nothing to wait for.
